Thomas obtained his education at Brigham Young University with a B.A. in English and M.A. in Linguistics before obtaining his Juris Doctor at Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he served as an agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and learned the art of negotiating and drafting government contracts. He began his law practice over 25 years ago to provide experienced and compassionate legal assistance to every person who walks in the door. That commitment exists today. He represents clients with faces and feelings, generally excluding corporations and faceless entities in favor of real people with real life problems.
Mr. Howard has honed his abilities both through insurance defense and plaintiff’s practice trial work and as in-house staff counsel for the Travelers Insurance Company. His many years as a professional university and community educator have helped to develop special empathy and caring relationships with clients, colleagues and juries alike.
