In Utah, a general real estate purchase contract (REPC) is most often prepared by a real estate agent. Thomas Howard will write custom contracts protecting specific concerns of the buyer or seller and review the REPC and add contingency clauses that protect the client’s interests in these contracts.

Representing Real Estate Agents and Brokers

Thomas Howard represents real estate brokers and agents in disciplinary actions taken against them by regulatory and governing bodies such as the Utah Division of Real Estate, the Board of Realtors, and the Utah Association of Realtors (UAR). These bodies have the power to impose heavy fines on real estate brokers and agents and also to take away real estate licenses. Thomas Howard represents agents and brokers before these bodies in informal dealings, in formal hearings, and in appeals.
